These terms govern all interactions within our Insights Portal, methodology frameworks, and forecasting modules. If you are representing a corporate entity, you affirm that you possess the requisite authority to bind said entity to these constraints.
Analytics Services Scope
Our analytics services are provided as a professional advisory tool. Vector Ziren Analytics grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our proprietary insights as defined by your active service tier.

Intellectual Property Rights

Note: You retain full ownership of the raw data provided to us for processing. Vector Ziren Analytics claims no right to your underlying business secrets beyond what is necessary to perform analytical operations.

Technical Integrity
Attempting to bypass security protocols, reverse-engineer models, or overload our API architecture is strictly forbidden.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
